Gonna try to get a DN/Watcher run every Friday.

Acidic water damage
Big melee attacks
Require:
-45 radiance minimum
+5 Hope Tokens
Recommend:
-85+ radiance
-Acid defence
-Poison resist
-Innocence and Honour virtues for everyone. Compassion virtue for hunter tanks on last phase.

DN
110 gloom, 160 gloom on bosses
Poison/fear based debuffs
Acid/shadow damage
Requires:
-65 radiance minimum
-Fear potions
+5 Hope Tokens
Recommend:
-105+ radiance
-Acid defence

For Watcher, I think it's a 45+ rad recommended, since 45 tiers up to 50. Not sure about DN, though.
Don't forget about bringing Hope Tokens~
All of my 60+ toons (Captain/Hunter/Minstrel) are geared radiance-wise for the Watcher. Captain and probably Hunter are eligible for DN.

I could bring either Puai (guard fully geared with new stuff) or Tavanaran (Cappy lv 65 +50 rad) as soon as I get home from work (usually 5-6 MST)

It should read Honour, not Honesty. Honour is the one that gives poison resist, Honesty is a general purpose (usually for casters/hunters) virtue that gives power, armour and fate. Everything else looks good  .
