Highlights: The search for cosmetics continues as Resolina seeks out horses, emotes, pets, and housing decorations.

Dailies: If I could find a proper Quantum Leap video, I would be putting it right here. Oh, boy. With a full 4-day weekend off work, I managed to get a lot done. Here goes:

Highlights: Resolina deals with the aftermath of the Battle of the Pelennor Fields
December 18th - 22nd
Moria Monday: Our kin was rather lacking with so many out for the holidays. We managed to hold together a 3-man in The Mirror-halls of Lumul-nar and around 6 people go into Dâr Narbugud. Finde seems to be having a good night. He managed to get one of the three troll heads and the small turtle from Filikul. The Watcher went by rather quickly. I didn't see much action since Resolina's tanking abilities restrict her perspective of everyone else with a giant sea-creature's head blocking the screen.
Spreadsheet Friday: Bizinga needed to finish killing off warbands in East Rohan. That's about it. Nothing too exciting this week.
March of the King: This quest pack proved quite larger than I anticipated. With the heavy load at work and the daily running around the festival, my gameplay took a nose-dive. For this week, I only managed to complete the first portions in Pelennor Fields and Osgiliath. No more were the days of carrying a backpack through the mountain regions of Far Anórien. Instead, I was busy helping Aragorn with role call. Not everyone returned to camp right away. So it was my duty to go... More

At first I was going to go through all of my collections and post my favorites. I got half-way through and realized there is no way of picking my favorite horse or my best pet. This goes the same with housing decorations. As I move along the landscape and gather more barter tokens, I'll continue to fill those holes in my houses with better items. I've made great progress. If you want to compare yourself to a completionist who missed a few years:
59/131 Pets • 70/157 Horses • 153/188 Emotes
Most of the time I don't find emotes very interesting. Your character is already pretty tiny on the screen and I can't make out what sort of animation they are making. The ones I do enjoy generally involve the whole body or add some flare. Most of those are earnable in some form or fashion. Others, usually from the festival, are just too difficult for me to bother with. Here is a couple of the ones I like:
Assist • Coinflip • Dream • Firebreath • Handstand • Jump • Liedown • Meditate/Sit • Pushups • Rich • SOS
The one thing I've always wondered about was what kind of title to choose for my character. In the Bingo's questline, you are only allowed to select one of the two titles available at... More

Monday Madness: Black Serpent, Ruined City, Wastes Roving Threats. I think the kin is running out of deeds in Moria. I know I am. So instead, we decided to change the format this week to whatever we felt like running that day. The quest chain: Wrath and Ruin changes things up where the 6-man instance pops up inbetween both 3-mans. Unlike Ashes and Stars in Osgiliath where completing Chapter 4 (after doing both small fellowship instances) give you a trait point, this quest chain gives no such rewards. The Ruined City was the box run. Sadly, we discovered how much more rewarding and quicker it was running Court of Seregost instead of the featured instance of the week. Then I suggested we do the last Roving Threat zone I have not completed: Wastes. I skipped ahead to find the one in the northeast section. It was the troll, like the evil troll from Mirkwood, who was the hardest to kill since it decides to increase its damage the longer it fights.
Did we remember the fire extinguisher? Oz is on fire again.

Moria Monday Rush: Things got pretty crazy around this Monday for we did every instance (and Halls of Crafting), except Forgotten Treasury. We learn that Yualiel's "Invincible" title was actually from a level 58 class quest. We learned that Elaelin seems to do the opposite of what her class is, wheither it be minstrel or champion. I wasn't around for either Fil Gashan or Sixteenth Hall since all three of my characters are done with those two instances. In fact, Resolina only needs 4 trolls in Forges and Fanrel needs about 30 wargs in Grand Stair. Hatric still has quite a few deeds scattered here and there. Erestendir somehow got himself on fire with Ultimate Inferno from Halls of Crafting throughout the whole shindig. For the first half I thought he was using some new level 115 runekeeper ability from the fires of Mordor. Fanrel definitely called it when I answered Elaelin's call to who was going to kill themselves at the end of Dark Delving.
Mordor Wednesday: I questioned whether or not it was worth it going into The Court of Seregost and Dungeons of Naerband.... More

November 29th - December 3rd
Spreadsheet Friday: Roots of Fangorn, Tower of Orthanc. Bizinga still needed the challenge deed Resolina needed a few months ago. Tower of Orthanc, on the other hand, proved rather difficult. There are a lot riding (pun) on these deeds for you get the Tower of Orthanc housing decoration and Isengard steed with glowing comparison for completing the raid in T2. However, I still have yet to figure out the strategy involved with some of the encounters. Fire & Ice (first boss) involves some complex no-rage under 30 second tick while Bukot (shadow boss) has some crazy purple cloud/black cloud combo thing going on. I was quite surprised going in the first couple times and still wasn't prepared to tank the raid. I guess it was cool to at the very least get T2 completed for the lightning zone. I did win a Broken Cloak Clasp but it really doesn't do me any good without at least crafitng a cloak first with some Draigoch's Scales first. Then again, I wouldn't be prepared to run that raid again either with Fanrel. She is just entering Enedwaith.

Throughout my travels, I've gained various ports on my hunter through the use of Wayfaring. Now, these aren't your typical "Return To" skills. These ports allow you to jump around as often as you like without the need of any Traveling Rations. You can refer to the entire list of travel skills here. The question came up one day: With so many different places to travel to, which one do you choose? Well, I decided to go through the list and see which ones I generally use and why.
